Artnik (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers personalised hammer glass artwork services. Each piece is handmade using a specialised hammering technique on premium tempered glass with an LED display base. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Ordering Procedure
You upload your image and select product preferences through our website. We review the image for compatibility before starting production. Production begins only after successful payment verification and typically takes 7–14 business days depending on complexity and order volume.
3. Payment Conditions
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, supporting major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment must be received before production begins, and orders are only confirmed after authorization.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading an image, you confirm you own or have rights to it. You grant Artnik a limited licence to use the image solely for producing your artwork. We may showcase finished products in our portfolio unless you request otherwise before production begins.
5. Product Features
Each hammer glass artwork is handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in texture and finish are natural and not considered defects. Final results are artistic interpretations rather than exact replicas of the original image.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or major changes cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artnik shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised Terms.
